TEXTILE JET DYEING PROCESS AT HIGH TEMPERATURES AND PRESSURES: WHICH ANTIFOAM TO CHOOSE?
An antifoam as water emulsion realized with a modified silicone molecule, manufactured in Silitex’s chemical plant. DYNAPAN 1600 WD perfectly dominates the foam, both in cold and hot phase till 140 °C. It keeps itsstability in a jet system at high pressures, succeeding in controlling the foam when the temperature and the pressure are reaching the peak, and also when temperature and pressure are going up and down. DYNAPAN 1600 WD is an antifoam emulsion born in Silitex’s laboratories, especially studied for jet textile processes, having a concentration of 16% of active substance, showing very fine and well dispersed particles, perfectly stable to water dilution
