Are you looking for an entirely plant based antifoam? Its name is FISIOREX 1000, 100% active de-aerator and antifoam, based on raw materials of vegetable origin.
FISIOREX 1000 was introduced for the fist time during our participation to the latest exhibitions H3i (Milan, 7-8 March 2023) and European Coatings Show (Nuremberg, 28-30 March 2023).
Composition:
FISIOREX 1000 is composed only and exclusively of vegetable substances, without containing any chemical component.
In fact, its formulation is made of fatty acids of vegetable origin, esters and de-aerating active ingredients which come from active extracts from vegetable raw materials. The product self-emulsifies in water and it works both on the surface and within the system in which it is added.
Usages:
FISIOREX 1000 is employed for the abatement and control of the foam in the production of industrial and civil detergents; it is particularly suitable for all those formulators who are sensitive to "GREEN" innovations. It is added at the beginning of the production process and its antifoam effect is maintained for the entire duration of the production and the bottling process.
Advantages:
the green aspect One of the greatest advantages of FISIOREX 1000 is that it has zero impact on the environment, both on flora and fauna and especially on the active sludge present in civil and industrial bio-purifiers. The product is biodegradable and does not attack the bacteria of bio purification plants.
